    I tried to change the maxisys diagnose system to English, but it seems to be locked. Can anymone help me or give me some advice?

     i tried to call them, but they ask to me to send them a e-mail.  I send them numerous e-mails, but no reply.
    any other suggestions?

       yes contact the people/company or dealer  who you bought it from have the serial number ready,  have them contact autel since they are the only ones that can request language change good luck  they are the only one that can verify that the scanner its actually yours  i should have told you this in the first place sorry about that.

     To change the language, please provide the S/N to your dealer/distributor, and they will help you apply for the change.
